About me

The days of cutting out your favorite foods from your diet are over! I’ll introduce you to a balanced and flexible approach suited to your lifestyle. With my help, you will create foundational habits that will sustain lifelong results. After working together, you’ll have an improved relationship with food and a balanced approach towards eating and exercising. I have helped hundreds of clients reach their health and wellness milestones while ditching fad diets and fitness trends. I know that all foods can fit! I will cheer you on every step of the way and celebrate all of your wins! 

My personal health journey helps inform how I practice as a dietitian. I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis when I was 12 years old and was placed on over twenty daily medications. With the help of balanced nutrition, fitness, and consistency, I now only take four. I became a dietitian to help people gain access to the education that helped aid me in my recovery and lead happy and healthier lives. 

I have been a Licensed Registered Dietitian Nutritionist since 2010. I hold both graduate and undergraduate degrees in nutrition and dietetics. I have worked and consulted for hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and gyms, having supervised their nutritional programs and provided client and patient education. 

When I’m not coaching my clients, I’m probably out getting my steps in with my paw-tner in crime Miss Luna, lifting weights, or spending time with my loved ones. I love cooking and enjoy creating simple yet delicious meals. Music is my passion, and I’m a big fan of live entertainment. Text only/Maintenance Plan (This plan is not recommended or offered if just starting out with me as this is more hands off) $99/monthly

HSA/FSA/Health Insurance

  • Insurance works a little differently. We will be able to schedule telehealth sessions at a cadence we determine to be most appropriate for you. I am in network currently with Cigna, United Healthcare/Oxford, Medicare, Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield/Anthem.

  • HSA/FSA payments can be applied towards coaching services and copay’s. You can also use HSA/FSA payments towards private pay coaching packages/subscriptions. Please reach out to me with any questions.



Calls can be added when and if needed on any plan. If your plan includes a call monthly, you can always add on more if you like. Each call is 100 dollars per 30 minutes. For every additional call purchased, you will receive a discount of 25 dollars. 2 calls $175, 3 calls $250, etc

(note, all current clients are locked into the rate that they signed up with for the duration of their time with me!)
